NEUROMUSCULAR THERAPY
If you have ever had deep massage that was painful or left you feeling bruised, I invite you to experience a session on my table. My treatment style is specific, soothing and nurturing while working deep into soft tissue to relieve tension that may be causing pain and muscular dysfunction. Years of experience have shown this work to be highly effective. I can’t promise that one treatment will make your problems disappear, but you will know after one visit if this work is right for you. At the end of your session you are likely to feel decreased pain, greater ease of movement and increased relaxation.  You might even sleep better!

I have been in private practice since 1992 and bring an assortment of skills to my treatment sessions. I treat sports injuries, headaches, rotator cuff injuries and shoulder pain, low back pain, fibromyalgia, whiplash, TMJ dysfunction, lupus, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease and many other types of chronic tension and pain - even that which is difficult to identify.

SPORTS MASSAGE
Sports massage promotes healing and has been shown to help prevent further injuries. Whether you walk twice a week, play a weekend round of golf, run marathons or are a world class athlete, your body will perform and feel better with regular bodywork.

I have provided therapeutic bodywork for university diving, swimming, tennis and track and field teams. I was the massage therapist for the Austrian Olympic Rowing team during the 1996 Olympic games in Atlanta and have worked with professional football players, dancers, bicycle racers and world-class sprinters and skiers.
